Conveniently located hotel with clean and cozy rooms. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the popular Jonker Street market and other attractions. The staff provided fast check-in and were responsive to our requests for a bigger room. I'll recommend this hotel.

Strategic location, near to many shopping centers & attarctions nearby. In house TV provides many channels to choose from.

The room is pretty small and lighting is not bright enough. Some of the pillows are smelly which give uncomfortable sleeping experience.

The staff were really really helpful. When I arrived and they saw I had 2 young kids they immediately put a roll away bed in the room, at no extra charge. When I left and forgot my washbag, they posted it back to me and I had it 2 days later. Kudos to you Venus Boutique!

very convenient and quite comfortable.we stayed in a family room,the interior design was nice and pleasant.the hotel is a perfect location for those who love to venture historical places in malacca.very easy to find food,there is a night market where various food stuff and other things are sold.staying 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel is not enough for me and my family.looking forward to come again.

i feel that the hotel should have a larger family room of 4 or 6 people.the family room we stayed was for 3 people and it is quite small.
